Sherene Flash claimed the Back To Black singer lashed out at her when she asked to take a photograph after the End of Summer Ball in Berkeley Square.
The dancer said Winehouse initially agreed but as the picture was being taken she threw a punch, hitting her in the arm and cheek.
Winehouse, 25, is due to appear in court on March 17 over the incident, which took place on September 26 last year.
A spokesman for the star said: "Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London yesterday morning.

"She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley Ball last year.
"She was charged with common assault and will attend a court hearing in the coming weeks."
Winehouse has recently come back to the UK from a two-month break in the Caribbean.
Since her return, the Grammy award winner has moved house to Hadley Wood, in Enfield, north London, from Camden.
Her husband Blake Fielder-Civil began divorce proceedings against her earlier this year.
